10novate Discusses Teaming at NIH Reverse Industry Day

ARLINGTON, Va. (July 19, 2022) — 10novate’s Tricia Iveson, Chief Executive Officer, presented on “Dynamics of Industry Teaming Agreements" as part of a Reverse Industry Day panel for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) acquisition workforce. A Reverse Industry Day provides government acquisition professionals the opportunity to hear industry perspectives on how industry prepares to bid on federal business opportunities. These events promote greater understanding and ultimately lead to improvements in the procurement process.
The session was organized by the Professional Services Council (PSC) and is the third such PSC event at which 10novate has presented. Ms. Iveson joined representatives from large businesses doing work at NIH and discussed 10novate’s teaming experience as a small business prime and subcontractor competing for work at NIH. The discussion emphasized the importance of early government communication with industry during the procurement lifecycle and how communication influences industry teaming decisions, competition, investments, solutions, and contract outcomes.
